We invite our customers to come to MMC for any kind of mold trial, new or old mold. We cycle every mold we build ourselves for reassurance each cavity meets all customer requirement/s.

In our rubber department we are not limited to running just molds that are built for Rep presses.  We have retrofitted our G9 V69 400 ton Rep press to accept molds that are built specifically for other name brand presses.  We can change the press to simulate any production run and change the tonnage to run small prototype molds all with one press.

Mesick Mold Company offers capability for a wide range of products for both rubber injection and plastic injection mold industries. Small and large injection molds from single cavity rubber prototype applications to four hundred ton requirements as well as prototype to two thousand ton capacity plastic, each is engineered, designed, built and pre-run within our plant with close coordination with our customers in producing the highest standards and quality. Also our staff is on call to include the best of design and engineering innovations. Each mold is pre-run and proven functional in house at our facility and details of run specifications are included with delivery.
